Do you ship world-wide?
Yes! However, due to COVID-19 some countries have been disabled due to their country not allowing entry of international packages.You will have the option to enter your shipping address and select a shipping method at checkout.

I’ve placed my order, what’s next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through. Once your order is processed and packaged, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS/UPS/DHL tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please email us at hello@littlemissdessa.com immediately. We ship orders as they come in and once an order is processed and shipped out, we cannot make any changes. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. LMD always ships to the shipping address entered at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please double check that your information is correct before check-out to ensure prompt and proper delivery.

I upgraded to 2 or 3 day shipping and my order didn't ship when I thought it would, why is that?

As it states on every product page, it may take 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship, from there, the shipping time is determined by the shipping method you selected at checkout.


Will my package be replaced if it is lost or stolen?

If you purchased the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of LITTLEMISSDESSA®. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express shipping option, and or Route Insurance, your package did come standard with insurance and a claim can be filed. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and

I received a delivery confirmation email, but I have not received my order. What do I do next?

Packages that are tracked as delivered but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down via shipping method selected. Please check with your daily mail carrier who delivered the package and scanned it “delivered” to investigate where they delivered it. In rare cases, there can be a glitch in the USPS system that alerts a delivery to be confirmed and is still in transit. In those instances, the packages are delivered within 1-3 days after a customer received a delivery confirmation. We also advise you to check with your neighbors, in addition to your front, side, and back entrances, in the event it was left there. 
 
International Orders:
Please note when the package is picked up by a third-party shipper such as USPS, we are limited to what information we can obtain during transit. Unfortunately we don't have access to any more information other than what they update via tracking online.

How do I file a claim with USPS?

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

What if my package is returned to LMD?

If your package is returned to LITTLEMISSDESSA®, you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order minus shipping. To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We’re happy to help you with your return/exchange. Any product (excluding facemasks) that are unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags in place, and has been purchased within the last 30 days of your arrival date is eligible for return/exchange. Items purchased from our Sale section & large annual sales (Black Friday/Spring/Summer/Warehouse Sale) will be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return.

Return Requirements:

  • In original condition – unwashed/unworn
  • With original packaging
  • Purchased within last 30 days from the time of arrival
  • International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
Steps to return/exchange:
  1. Go to https://littlemissdessa.returnscenter.com, enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you want to return or exchange and answer the questions to explain the reason for the return.
  3. Select which action you’d like to take:
  • Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a $4.50 restocking/handling fee.
  • Receive a store credit for the full purchase amount
  • Exchange for a different item
  1. Print the prepaid return shipping label, repack items into a mailer or box, and drop off at a local post office. Please do this quickly as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your return items have been received at our warehouse.
Please note: We will cover shipping charges back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges/insurance will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS


We pride ourselves on being a high-quality brand and stand behind our products 100% by ensuring the highest quality control procedures by our team before products are shipped out. However, there are some rare occasions where a faulty item may slip through.
We will allow returns/exchanges on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Not coveredunder warranty (non-returnable, no exceptions)
  • Normal wear and tear (wear holes, pilling, snags on fabrics)
  • Stains from washing or using
  • Accidental damage (washing machine, torn, cuts,melted/burned by iron, etc.)
  • Shrinkage
  • Products that have been modified or personalized
  • Final Sale, imperfect surprise bundles, sale items
Covered under warranty (returnable AFTER wash/use, within 30 days)
  • Sewn seams and stitching
  • Snaps
  • Zippers
