All Domestic and International orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days depending on whether the product is in stock and ready to ship. On occasion there may be items that are on back order or pre-order status. If so, you can find the specific status on each product listing. and whether or not the item you order is ready to ship.  *Please keep in mind that this is very much a small shop, which means I am a mother to 4 children first and foremost and then a business owner second. I do all of the customer service, designing, cutting, sewing, photography, blogging, shipping and so much more in addition to being a full time mother to 4 littles. I try my very best to get your orders out as fast as my hands allow me to! I greatly appreciate your order, support and patience! 

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. LMD always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please double check that your information is correct before you check-out to ensure prompt and proper delivery.

We are unable to make any adjustments to your order's contents once an order is placed– our back end does not allow us to edit orders after they have been processed. If for whatever reason there is a discrepancy with your order, and/or you'd like to add something, please contact us immediately so we can better assist you. In most cases, we would have to cancel your original order, and manually submit a new one with the correct/added items.

Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and usually takes 1-3 business days depending on destination and can take up to 5 days if there is a delay within USPS. Once shipped, you will get an automatic email with tracking information. Please allow up to 2 days for accurate tracking information to show up. Sometimes it takes USPS's system time to update but often shows the progress that very same day. LMD is not  by any means responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. 

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, in addition to your front and back entrances. If an order does not "show up" within 30 days of shipment with no tracking updates (8 weeks for international orders), a replacement and/or refund will be sent at the discretion of LMD. Orders shown as "delivered" cannot be replaced, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.


International orders will ship via International First Class with limited tracking. USPS tracks the package up until it leaves the facility here in the United States and will update once it has been delivered to you. Once it leaves our premises, it is out of our hands and have no way of tracking it. We are currently looking into other shipping options for international orders. If you feel comfortable with another shipping method, we are more than happy to see if their are other options for you.

International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, that are the responsibility of the recipient. I cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States, so there are no exceptions. International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country.

As the nature of this business is handmade, with some styles made to order-- we can not currently offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding damaged or defective goods, please email us immediately. 



A full refund, store credit or exchange will be offered to you in the event that an item you received was damaged or defective in any way. You MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a claim. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. LMD assumes shipping responsibility on all damaged or defective items. Damaged and defective merchandise issues will only be considered on unwashed and unworn goods.

Please be aware that smartphone screens, table screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life.
