Q: Where is LMD Located?
A: All items are currently handmade with love & shipped from Corona, CA.
Q: How does LMD's sizing run?
A: Most items run TTS (true to size) with the exception of a few styles depending on fabric which are noted in the description. Please refer to our size guide for your reference. If you are still unsure and have some questions, please feel free to email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we are more than happy to help!
Q: Is there specific care instructions for LMD products?
A: Please refer to the listing in addition to the garment label that gives specific wash instructions. In most cases, we recommend you machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and or lay flat to dry. Warm iron if necessary. On novelty items, we recommend hand wash cold. Reshape and lay flat to dry, warm iron if needed.
Q: Do I have to register for an account to place an order?
A: No. We do recommend it but do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order. Registering for an account provides many benefits. Upon registration you are able to check out faster, review your past order history and more.
Q: Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?
A: Yes, we do! If you haven't already subscribed, we offer a one time 15% off discount on your first order. Most of our discounts and sales are posted on our social media pages: Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
Q: How come the product I ordered looks slightly different than the color I see on your online shop listing?
A: All of our items are handmade; therefore, color & pattern placement may vary slightly from the listing shown. Colors may differ on computer, iPhone and iPad screens from actual print and/or color. If you need an exact match, please contact us for swatches and we'd be more than happy to send some out free of charge!
Q: How often do you restock sold out items?
A: With the volume of orders, and being that each item is handmade, our quantities are limited and more than likely will not be restocked. We try to focus on small batches of one of kind handmade pieces that usually sell out. If for whatever reason, you are dying to get your hands on an item that has been sold out, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
SHIPPING & REFUNDS:
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: You can read more about our shops policies over here, including shipping time frames, customs, tax rates, refunds, and more.
Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Yes, there is any option in our shop that allows you to rush your order for an addition charge here.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! Our orders are shipped via USPS First Class, but have other options available for faster shipping times. Please send us an email before ordering if you need your order within a certain time frame.
Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: We're so sorry, but once an order has been placed, our back end system does not allow us to alter the order in any way. Alternately, we'd be more than happy to assist you in canceling your current order and placing a new order with all the items you'd like to purchase.
Q: I never received any correspondences after I placed my order, how do I know the status?
A: Thank you so much for your order! You should have received a confirmation of your order. Please allow the allotted production time before your order is ready to be shipped. You can read more about that here. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.
Q: My package looks like it's lost in the mail, what can I do?
A: Please contact us immediately if you notice that your tracking information is not updated or has not been delivered on time. Sometimes USPS is delayed when updating their end of the system, so allow up to 2 days after you receive your shipping confirmation to track the status of your order. ( Please note that during Holiday seasons, normal shipping times do become delayed. When ordering, its always good to keep in mind that Holiday schedules are often times behind.) If an order does not "show up" within 30 days of shipment with no tracking updates (8 weeks for international orders), a replacement and or refund will be sent at the discretion of LMD. Orders shown as "delivered" cannot be replaced, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Q: What are your return and refund polices?
A: As the nature of this business is handmade, with most styles made to order, we can not currently offer returns or exchanges. You can read more about our shops policies over here, which include more information and the few exceptions.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: At this time, we are currently not accepting wholesale accounts. We are focusing all of our efforts towards direct to consumer sales, and don't foresee wholesaling in the near future. If you'd like to be added to the wait list, should this change–please email us email@example.com
Q: I sent you an email, but I haven't received a response as of yet. How long does it take for you to reply?
A: Thank you for reaching out! We do our best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 24-48 hrs turn around time for a reply. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays, during normal business hours.
Q: How can I host a giveaway and or collaborate with LMD?
A: In order for us to allocate our time and resources properly, we have limited our participation in giveaways and collaborations but still love to support other brands! If you're interested in featuring our products, business, and or hosting a giveaway, please provide us with all relevant current stats such as unique monthly views, followers, and engagement rates, etc. so we can decide if you are a good fit for our brand. Q: Do you accept product as gifts for review and/or promotion?
A: We love to support other small businesses however, it’s important to us that LMD is authentic and transparent, so we are selective about our partnerships, product reviews, collaborations, etc. and only partner with and/or promote brands we believe in and use.
Q: Do you have any tips or advice for starting a small business and/or growing my small business?
A: Knowledge is power and experience is priceless. With that being said, we are still very much learning how best to navigate and grow this business of ours. As I would love to mentor those who have asked, there simply is not enough time to do so while still focusing on our own brand. I have and do plan to share our own experiences and some resources via our blog.
