There's nothing quite like the feeling of a baby sleeping in your arms. You just want to hold them and keep them close to you all the time! One way to make sure your baby sleeps soundly is by swaddling them. Swaddling keeps their arms and legs tucked in, which can help them feel more secure and calm. In this step-by-step guide, we will teach you how to swaddle your baby like a pro!
Lay the baby blanket out flat on a surface. Fold one corner of the blanket down so it's touching the middle of the blanket. Then, take the baby and place them on the blanket so their head is above the folded corner.
Now, it's time to start wrapping! Take the left side of the blanket and wrap it around the baby's body, tucking it underneath their right arm. Then, take the right side of the blanket and wrap it around, making sure to tuck it underneath the baby's left arm.
Now, take the bottom of the blanket and bring it up over the baby's feet. At this point, continue wrapping it around until you reach the top. Once you're done, your baby should be nice and snug!
Swaddling can help your baby feel safe and secure, and it's a great way to promote sleep. With a little practice, you'll be a pro in no time!
