As the weather continues to get colder and we head into winter season, health and wellness should be our top priority. From colds and flu to more serious health concerns, it's important that we take care of our bodies and minds during this time, especially as parents. In the last month alone, we've been hit with two different colds that the kids brought home from school. In efforts to keep our family healthy I've been rotating these essential oils and wax melts in our home!
When reading & studying "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy" I stumbled upon a cold & flu blend that has quickly become a favorite in our home. It's made with:
6 drops of Ravintsara
6 drops of Ho Wood
6 drops of Palmarosa
6 drops of Thyme Linalol
Between this blend and melting out Sovereign Immunity that has immune boosting essential oils like Sage, Lavender, Lemon, Clove & Tea Tree Oil - we've been able to keep the germs at bay!
